This is an appeal by the Southside National Bank of Missoula from the judgment of Missoula County District Court, sitting without a jury. The judgment decreed that respondents, Edwin Anderson and A.L. Anderson, may satisfy their mechanic's lien for masonry work performed on certain previously unimproved real property from the proceeds of a sheriff's sale of all improvements currently located thereon.
