The Workmen's Compensation Commission found that Hayden Herndon's heart attack suffered on April 25, 1974, arose out of and in the course of his employment with appellant Dena Construction Company. The Commission also found that as a result of the heart attack, Hayden Herndon was permanently and totally disabled. The circuit court affirmed the Commission.
