The district court held that the Mental Health Center of Boulder County, Inc. (MHC) could administer to the appellant Goedecke, in spite of his objections, an antipsychotic drug (prolixin decanoate). Goedecke appealed directly to this Court pursuant to section 13-4-102(1)(b), C.R.S.1973.
