Defendant, Michael Firven, was convicted of the crimes of assault in the second degree and theft in the third degree. He now appeals from the judgment and sentence entered by the trial court. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in allowing in evidence the pretrial depositions of the three complaining witnesses. We affirm.
