A jury found the defendant guilty of three counts of selling a narcotic drug in violation of sections 12-22-302 and 12-22-322(2)(b), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 5). On each of three separate occasions he had sold four "balloons" of heroin for $100 to an undercover agent.
