Plaintiff, American Fellowship Mutual Insurance Company (AFM), sought a declaratory judgment against defendant, Insurance Company of North America (INA), to determine that a policy of insurance issued by INA would cover the alleged liability of AFM to Norene Wudarcki. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff appeals as of right.
