By jury trial appellant was convicted of robbery with infliction of great bodily injury (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 12022.7) and of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)). He was sentenced to state prison and appeals, contending that the trial court erred in giving certain instructions on accomplice testimony.
