PER CURIAM:

The plaintiff1 in this case was discharged from his position with the Michigan Department of Social Services due to alleged welfare fraud. Ultimately, criminal charges were filed against him in Federal court. However, the plaintiff was acquitted of all charges. He thereafter requested reinstatement to his former position, but his request was refused. The question for decision is whether the plaintiff's duty to timely process...
