Plaintiffs below, hereinafter referred to as Arrowood, on September 22, 1958, purchased two acres of real estate located in the Fourth Civil District of Washington County, Tennessee. The east boundary of the tract was also the lower west boundary of a tract then owned by Dr. Arthur J. Willis. The original fence separating the tracts was constructed in the fall of 1943 or the spring of 1944...
