TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for driving while intoxicated. Art. 6701l-1, V.A.C.S. Following appellant's plea of nolo contendere before the court, punishment was assessed at three (3) days in jail and a fine of two hundred and fifty ($250) dollars.
