W. C. DAVIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of bribery; punishment, which was assessed by the court, is imprisonment for eight years.

Appellant contends that: (1) the statute under which he was prosecuted is unconstitutional; (2) the indictment is defective; (3) the evidence is insufficient to sustain the verdict; (4) certain items which were admitted in evidence were the result of an unlawful search and seizure...
