Following a non-jury trial on August 2, 1978, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, co-defendants Leroy Gault (appellant Gault), William Oscar McCoy (appellant McCoy), and Luther Robinson (appellant Robinson) were convicted of larceny to the value of $100 or more.
