Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment dismissing her claim for penalties and attorney's fees based on the failure of defendant to pay workmen's compensation benefits.

Plaintiff was injured in the course and scope of her employment on January 18, 1977. She filed suit for compensation benefits against her employer, Security Industrial Insurance Co., only, and, after a trial on the merits on October 18, judgment was rendered in her favor for compensation...
