The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that GEORGE T. TIERNEY of Hawthorne be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that GEORGE T. TIERNEY be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further
