OPINION

NIX, Justice.

The single issue presented by this appeal1 is whether the chancellor's award of counsel fees to attorneys for the corporate trustee of a testamentary trust was in such an amount as to constitute abuse of discretion by the chancellor. We find no abuse of discretion and, therefore, affirm the decree.
