Defendant, Henry Willis, was charged with murder. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of that crime and was sentenced to 25 to 50 years. Defendant had been found guilty of the same crime at an earlier trial, but we reversed and remanded the conviction for a new trial because of failure to have all material witnesses to a confession testify at a hearing on the voluntariness of the...
