This is an appeal from a decision in an action for Declaratory Judgment. The plaintiff-appellant is the Lewiston Daily Sun (Sun), a corporation engaged in the publication and distribution of newspapers. The defendant, Hanover Insurance Company (Hanover) issued to Sun as the named insured a liability insurance policy with certain endorsements. The complaint sought a Declaratory Judgment against Hanover that Hanover was obliged by its insurance contract...
