This is a Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act case. Jess F. Pinson sued Freeman Oldsmobile Mazda Co., seeking damages, attorney's fees and costs allegedly sustained by him as a result of violations of the act transpiring from the purchase of a new 1976 Oldsmobile.
