This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas sustaining the decision of the defendant real estate commission (hereinafter the commission) in suspending the plaintiff's license for violations of § 20-328-3 of the commission's regulations and § 20-320 (11) of the General Statutes.
