ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having reported to this Court that DENNIS J. CARRIGAN of Gloucester City engaged in an association with a non-lawyer and failed to maintain proper financial records in violation of DR 3-101(A) and DR 9-102 and having recommended that said DENNIS J. CARRIGAN be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year and that he be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of stenographic transcripts...
