The appellant filed her petition for dissolution of marriage wherein she sought division of marital property, custody of the three children born of the marriage, child support, maintenance and attorney's fees. The respondent conceded that the marriage was irretrievably broken and the case went to trial, as a result of which the court below entered its decree dissolving the marriage, divided the marital property, awarded custody of the minor...
