This is an action for personal injuries brought by the plaintiff, the operator of a motorcycle which collided with an automobile operated by the defendant. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict in favor of the defendant. Following the overruling of a motion for new trial, plaintiff appealed, assigning as error that the District Court erred in: (1) Failing to sustain plaintiff's motion for a directed verdict respecting defendant...
