The codefendants, Mason and Riley, have been indicted for the crimes of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15) and robbery in the second degree (Penal Law, § 160.10), each as a juvenile offender. At the time of the alleged commission of the crimes charged, Mason was 14 years old and Riley was 15 years old.
