Plaintiff, Alvin Lee, was employed by Benton Harbor Malleable Industries when, in September, 1973, he suffered a back injury while on the job. He worked until October 6, 1973, when he became disabled. He filed a petition for hearing with the Bureau of Workmen's Compensation on March 5, 1974.
