Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of charges of burglary, Minn.St. 609.58, and aggravated criminal damage to property, Minn.St. 609.595, subd. 1(3), and was sentenced by the trial court to two concurrent 5-year prison terms with execution stayed and defendant placed on probation on a number of conditions, including that he make restitution.
