This matter is before the Court on the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Specifically, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant's proposed termination of their distributorship agreement is in violation of the Ohio Alcoholic Beverages Franchise Act, O.R.C. § 1333.82 et seq., which requires "just cause" for such termination.
