June G. Overton was charged by bill of information with operating a vehicle while intoxicated in violation of La.R.S. 14:98. After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced to pay a fine of $400 plus court costs and to serve sixty days in jail, forty days of which were suspended. The remaining twenty days of the jail sentence were to be served on weekends...
