ORDER

This matter came before this court upon the petition of Frederick A. Costello requesting that we review the decision of the Board of Bar Examiners which denied his request to waive the provision of Rule 33(d) and permit him to take the February bar examination.

After hearing thereon and consideration thereof, the petition is granted, and the petitioner is hereby permitted to take the February 1979 bar examination.
