Plaintiffs, John P. Livesey and Dwight E. Ziegler, doing business as Livesey Enterprises, have appealed from the judgment of the circuit court for Portage County which denied the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and granted the defendant Copps Corporation's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

This is an action for specific performance of an option granted by Copps to plaintiffs...
