On April 26, 1977, this Court filed its opinion in this case, 68 T.C. 84 (1977), and decision was entered in favor of petitioner on June 13, 1977. Upon appeal by respondent, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed and remanded the case for further proceedings in this Court. 583 F.2d 973 (8th Cir. 1978).
