A jury found defendant guilty of burglary, a violation of section 708.1, The Code 1977, and larceny in the nighttime, a violation of section 709.4, The Code 1977. Trial court sentenced him to serve concurrently twenty years' imprisonment on the burglary count and ten years' imprisonment on the larceny count. Defendant appeals, contending two accomplices called as witnesses by the State provided tainted testimony under coercive requirements...
