Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court dismissing the complaint on the merits. The plaintiffs commenced the action in December, 1976, for damages resulting from an automobile accident which occurred on February 2, 1975. The plaintiffs alleged negligence on the part of defendants Thomas Stubbendick, Juanita Nelson, and the City of Janesville.
