OPINION

DORIS, Judge.

This is a slip and fall case. In the Superior Court a verdict was directed for one defendant, the jury returned a verdict for the other defendant, and judgments were entered accordingly. The plaintiff's subsequent motion for a new trial was denied by the trial justice. We affirm.
