The defendant, Stanley V. Tucker, has appealed from a judgment for foreclosure by sale, and for reimbursement to the plaintiff, Hartford National Bank and Trust Company, of certain necessary expenses and for attorneys' fees. The trial court concluded that the defendant was in default on his note which was secured by a mortgage on property owned by the defendant in Torrington, Connecticut.
