Mr. JUSTICE GEORGE J. MORAN delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant, Clarence Stone, was convicted of the offense of theft over $150 after a bench trial in the circuit court of Williamson County. Defendant contends that his conviction should be reversed because the State failed to prove ownership of the car allegedly stolen by the defendant. We agree and, therefore, reverse.
