SCHROEDER, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal of a wrongful death action. The principal issue concerns whether an action may be maintained against a parent for the wrongful death of a child.

The case arises out of a fire allegedly caused by the negligence of the appellee, Alan P. Bowslaugh, in assembling and installing certain lamps in the master bedroom of the Bowslaugh home. The fire took the lives of two...
