A state referee, exercising the powers of the Superior Court, rendered a judgment dissolving, on the ground of irretrievable breakdown, the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant, awarded custody of the parties' three minor children to the defendant, with rights of reasonable visitation to the plaintiff, and ordered that the plaintiff pay to the defendant periodic alimony and support in the combined amount of $225 per week.
