WILLIAMS, J.

This proceeding was instituted by an application for a writ of certiorari, RCW 7.16, to determine whether a conditional use permit approved by an examiner of the City of Seattle and affirmed with modification by the Seattle Board of Adjustment conforms to law. The trial court determined that the permit did not and ordered it vacated. We affirm.
