Calfon, a medical doctor, appeals from his conviction on a charge of distributing and causing the distribution of Tuinal, a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(B), and 21 C.F.R. §§ 1308.12(e)(2) and 1308.12(e)(3).
