This appeal arises out of a strike by members of the defendant-appellant, the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO-CLC (the Union), against the plaintiffs-appellees, Latas Libby's, Inc. and Licasco, Inc. (the Company), in violation of the collective bargaining agreement between the Company and the Union.
