This appeal arises out of a strike by members of the defendant-appellant, the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO-CLC (the Union), against the plaintiffs-appellees, Latas Libby's, Inc. and Licasco, Inc. (the Company), in violation of the collective bargaining agreement between the Company and the Union. The primary issue before this court, as it was in the trial court, is whether the Union is liable under section 301 of the Labor Management...
