Defendant was convicted of delivering a controlled substance, amphetamine, party to a crime, contrary to secs. 161.41(1) (b) and 939.05, Stats.,1 following a jury trial. Writs of error were issued to review the judgment of conviction and denial of the defendant's postconviction motion.
