COLEMAN, C.J.

Defendant was convicted of receiving stolen property valued at more than $100. In a 1 to 1 to 1 decision, the Court of Appeals reversed, finding that defendant was arrested without probable cause and that he and his automobile had been improperly searched. 70 Mich.App. 7; 245 N.W.2d 384 (1976).

We reverse and reinstate the conviction.
