YETKA, Justice.

This is an appeal by ground lessors from a judgment of the Olmsted County District Court, filed March 7, 1978, denying ground lessors' motion for an order entitling them to rents for their parcel after the period of redemption, granting the purchaser at the foreclosure sale the right to receive rents from the parcel for the duration of the lease, and finding that the lease in question is unambiguous.
