Plaintiff Marjorie Congdon LeRoy, appealing from an order for judgment and judgment of the Hennepin County District Court, challenges the determination of the trial court that defendant trustees were entitled to take possession of and title to stock, which she had pledged as collateral for a promissory note between defendant bank and herself, upon payment of that note by defendant trustees acting in the capacity of co-makers or accommodation parties...
