RINGOLD, J.

Bobby Johnson appeals from a conviction of first-degree arson. We reverse the judgment and sentence.

The information accused Johnson of first-degree arson and charged that

on or about June 2, 1977, [he] did knowingly and maliciously cause a fire and explosion in a building... in which there was at that time...
