Frank Williams Plumbing (employer) and its insurer, Old Republic Companies, have appealed to us from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board, which affirmed a referee's award of benefits pursuant to a reinstatement petition filed by Ernest Mays (claimant).
