Sedlow sought arbitration of claims arising from a contract of employment which he signed on April 1, 1964 with the petitioner corporation, an advertising agency. The employment was for a period of two years ending April 30, 1966. Two other individuals, former partners of Sedlow in another advertising agency, received contracts at the same time, also due to expire in two years.
