Defendants Judith A. Baker and Philip J. White were indicted for "furnishing marijuana," 17-A M.R.S.A. § 1106 (1979), and "trafficking in hypodermic apparatuses," 17-A M.R.S.A. § 1110 (1979). Convicted after a jury trial, they now appeal, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions.
