Defendant Bobby R. Eilts was convicted after a jury trial of nine counts of violating The Securities Act of Washington, RCW 21.20. Probation conditioned upon restitution was ordered. On appeal, Eilts challenges his convictions and the terms of restitution. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for modification of the restitution order.
