Nathan O. Bowman was indicted for bank robbery and in his trial in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia he was acquitted of the charge, United States v. Nathan Bowman, Criminal Case No. 76-796. It appeared to the Government, however, that he had threatened two witnesses who testified for the government...
